Free cancellation if done at least 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total price. If weather conditions do not permit (heavy rain/storm), we will offer a reschedule at no additional cost.

We recommend bringing: warm jacket (temperature at the summit can be 10°C), trekking shoes, drinking water, flashlight/headlamp, camera, and sunscreen. No need to bring food as it is already included in the package. We also provide emergency flashlights for each participant.

All our tours are private — only for your own group. Minimum 2 people and maximum 15 people per guide. Prices start from Rp 350,000/person and vary depending on the chosen package. The more participants, the lower the price per person.

Safety is our top priority. Every guide is certified and trained in first aid. We provide a complete first aid kit, emergency flashlight, and mapped routes. Weather conditions are always monitored and if it is not safe, the tour will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

We accept bookings at least 1 day in advance (D-1). However, for peak season (July-August and December-January), we recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance to ensure guide availability and your preferred time slot.
